Each of the 56 properties are individually owned on a freehold basis and each holds a single and equal share in Jumby Bay Island Company Ltd which owns the freehold to everything else (the neighbouring Maiden Island, the undeveloped common land, the resort, the utilities, the ferries and the docks).
